Utilizing solar energy

In modern buildings 70% of the energy need is related to energy that can be produced using solar thermal energy. Only 30% is energy for domestic appliances and lighting, where solar thermal is not natural to apply.
Our technology utilizes nearly 80% of solar energy.
Thermal solar energy can be utilized for:

1. Hot water
2. Space heating
3. Cooling (airconditioning)
4. Pool
5. Washing machines
6. Dishwasher
7. Entrance / drive way

There is an ongoing development around the new technologies that can make use of thermal solar energy for new applications beyond the known (hot water, space heating, swimming pool, entrance).

Examples of such technology are:

Cooling - using absorptionchillers, you can use hot water to produce cold water. The cold water can be circulated in the same infrastructure as the hot water and this will thereby contribute to efficient and comfortable cooling.
In addition, the sun is most effective when the cooling demand is most evident. This provides you with access to major solar thermal energy when the cooling demand increases.

Washing machines - have previously had their own immersion heater for heating of water. New machines allow for use of hot water from solar thermal.

Dishwasher - have previously had their own immersion heater for heating of water. New machines allow for use of hot water from solar thermal.
